This Summer we will be going to Indianapolis on June 17-22 to participate in a mission trip through Group called Week of Hope. We will be doing things such as, helping organizations with job training, emergency food and clothing, day camps, and providing ministry to the population.
The cost for this trip will be $258, plus fast food meals on the way there and back, and one dinner while in Indianapolis. The $258 includes lodging, meals, a t-shirt, materials, and devotional and ministry tools, plus a visit to the Indianapolis zoo on our free night.
I will need at least one more chaperone before we can take this trip. Group requires that we have one chaperone for every five students. As a result of this we will need at least one additional chaperone besides myself.
When you turn in your registration for this trip, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is due. Registration is due by March 25th. The remaining balance of $208 is due by May 20th.
